Fee Structure

Napoli Corporate Services will provide a detailed engagement letter at the commencement of our services to tailor the scope and fee structure to meet the requirements of our clients.

We understand that budget certainty is important to our clients, so we can offer a fixed annual amount for the particular services required which can then either be billed progressively throughout the year as the work is being completed or evenly over a twelve month period. Alternatively, we can agree to a charge using our competitive hourly rates.

Factors that will be relevant to the level of agreed fees will be the nature and complexity of the assignment, the duration of the engagement, the level of expertise and experience required and most importantly our clients’ corporate and budgetary imperatives.
