CHARLES NAPOLI

Charles Napoli is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Practicing Accountant and Tax Agent. He has been in public practice for more than 30 years and is Director and owner of Napoli, Chartered Accountants.

He has been involved in over 500 cases in the Family Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Federal Court, which included in excess of 200 cases where he has actually appeared in court and cross examined in both Perth and the Eastern States. Most cases have been in the Family Court.

Charles has provided papers at seminars for the Law Society and for the Family Law Practitioners Association.

He acts for a substantial property group in Australia that has approximately $5 billion of projects and he is a Director of 19 of their companies.

Charles' personal specialty is in forensics and litigation support and can assist with:

  • Determining the true state of assets and liabilities
  • Interpreting affidavits of financial circumstances
  • Discovery issues
  • Inspecting financial records and interpreting and advising on same
  • Tracing foreign transactions
  • Preparing reports to be annexed to affidavits

His other area of specialty is in providing accounting, business advice and taxation services in the property development sector.

His practice also provides services in accounting, business advisory, superannuation and tax.
